In the presses made in Bigas Alsina, S.A. the material is pressed continuously and fully automatic. An electronic system controls the performance of the motor respecting to the pressing, avoiding any blocking of the motor. The automatic adjustement of the rpessing process allows to obtain a very high quality product with a minimum content of fat in the final cake. Easily maintained and low energy consumption, it's the best option for pressing the greaves after the drying process. On the top of the machine there is a preheater, which by means of steam, prepares the product to be loaded in the machine.
